Respondent Services for Academic Employees
Respondent Services provides information to employee respondents alleged to have engaged in sexual misconduct (sexual assault, sexual violence, sexual harassment, dating/violence, or stalking).
Respondent Services assists a respondent navigate the applicable University complaint, investigation and/or adjudication processes, including explanation of each of these processes and the rights associated with them.
Respondent Services provides counseling and/or psychological service referrals through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and to other available campus and community resources.
This service is not confidential. The designated staff members who provide respondent support services are required to notify the proper University authorities whenever an incident of sexual misconduct is reported.
