Department Letter
Acting Assistant Professor : Notification from institution that degree requirements have been completed. A copy of the diploma or a letter from the Registrar or other appropriate administrator is acceptable.

Acting Associate / Acting Professor : Receipt of either approval of their petition for lawful permanent residency, or their lawful permanent residency (LPR) card.
