The sample letters below were designed for the Professor series; modification may be needed if you are soliciting external reviewers for a different academic title series. It is not necessary to use these exact letters; however, it is a requirement that the paragraphs concerning confidentiality be included either in, or appended to, the letter. (To append, the URL to the confidentiality statement may be used, provided there is a brief explanation of significance [see sample letters below]).
