Very helpful for anyone who has suffered a stroke or is living with a chronic disability such as Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, amputation, severe diabetes, heart disease, hearing loss and/or extreme frailty caused by the aging process
California Grey Bears Grass roots, non-profit organization of senior citizens over 55 dedicated to the principle of self-help.
Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center Local resource offers free information, consulting, and referral services to caregivers of adults with brain impairments, such as stroke, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and Multiple Sclerosis.
ElderDay Santa Cruz County's only licensed Adult Day Health Care Center. Information and referral, family-support, education and other services.
Louden Nelson Senior Center Services include discounts on activities offered by Parks & Recreation, dining at the Carnation Cafe, discounts on older adults programs and trips, and a Senior Computer Lab.
Meals on Wheels Santa Cruz County Provides daily meals to frail elderly citizens and homebound adults each day throughout Santa Cruz County. Additionally, five senior dining centers located in Capitola, Live Oak, Ben Lomond, Santa Cruz and Watsonville offer a daily hot meal to adults 60 years of age or older
Senior's Legal Services Provides free legal services to elderly residents of Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties
