Review: File Setup & Initiation

Designed for review managers; chairs and personnel directors/committees also welcome.

Each session will begin with a 20-minute overview of the process, including tips, tricks and best practices, followed by open lab time where users can stay or drop-in with specific questions. Please bring your laptop/device and questions, or let us know if you need a computer provided.

Letter Solicitation: Things to Know and Do

Designed for review managers; chairs and personnel directors/committees also welcome.

This session highlights best practices in DivData Review letter solicitation, including timing, workflow, material selection and redaction of digital files. We will also cover recent changes in DivData Review affecting departments.

Auditing & Accepting a Candidate's File

Designed for department personnel — such as review managers, chairs and personnel directors/committees — who are responsible for confirming that a candidate’s materials are ready for reviewers..

The initial audit of a candidate’s dossier is one of the keys to a smooth, efficient review process. This session will highlight best practices, tips, and the importance of this first look at the candidate’s submitted materials. We will also cover recent changes in DivData Review affecting departments.
