Ladder-Rank Advancement Review Process for Department Administrators

This workshop is for new and continuing department managers and chairs who process ladder-rank review files. The workshop will include a detailed walk-through of the policies and procedures for processing a review file for a ladder-rank faculty member's professorial advancement.

Each workshop repeats the same material, so attendees will only want to attend one of the options.

Topics to include:  Senate Ladder Rank and LSOE policies and procedures for personnel actions, including discussion of web resources; time at rank & step; salary; review authority; and leave resources.
