Dear Department Chairs:

I am pleased to announce the following lineup of events for the 2018-19 Department Chair Development Series. This series builds on the department chair brown bag series started in 2017-18, with the goal of bringing relevant and timely topics to department chairs in small, discussion-based settings.

Academic Personnel Department Chair LuncheonThe Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and the Chair of the senate Committee on Academic Personnel (CAP) will address new and timely topics in senate faculty merit and promotion review, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
