Checklists to Assure Fairness

The Checklist to Assure Fairness was designed to protect the Rights of All Academic Appointees to the University. It is built into the campus system for academic personnel advancement actions, providing checkpoints at which academic appointees' rights may be exercised. In unusual circumstances, one of the forms below may need to be used in lieu of the systematic version.
